• All bookings are subject to service provider availability
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or in-app notification
• Prices are displayed before booking confirmation

5.3 Service Delivery

• Service providers are independent contractors responsible for service delivery
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• Service providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Customers and service providers must treat each other with respect

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Service charges and processing fees may apply

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider
• Cancellation fees may apply based on timing
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Disputes should be reported within 48 hours of service completion

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Infringe on the rights of others
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Scrape or copy content from our platform

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of AT DOOR SERVICE INC. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 Service Provider Disclaimer

We do not employ service providers and are not responsible for their actions, conduct, or the quality of services they provide. Service providers are independent contractors.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AT DOOR SERVICE INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
